Reiki Healing Sessions
The benefits of Reiki is countless, but here are a few reasons why clients have come to use HEALING & EMPOWERMENT. Feeling overwhelmed, feeling anxious, low self-esteem, low energy, children going through childhood health issues, not sleeping, self-harming, past trauma, unhealthy relationships, aligning chakra energy points, coming to terms with events in their life, pain, grief, returning to school anxiety. During these sessions messages can be passed between client's subconscious (Higher Self) to the Reiki Healer. These messages when passed on, can help the client to understand their situation better. Thus, the healing begins!

Reiki DISTANCE Healing Sessions
Does Distance Reiki Healing really work? Going by the response of clients it certainly has! Reiki healing energy can be passed onto the client whether they are in direct contact or on the other side of the world. Clients in America and the United Kingdom have felt the benefits from distance healing. They have instant pain relief following a session, or are able to sleep or feel lighter and calmer. Clients have even said they can feel "hands" working on them, whilst lying down in room. Contact is initially made via Zoom and then turned off (or if the client prefers be left on) whilst the healing session is underway. This benefits anyone who is not local or whom feels they are unable to visit. For example, a child may feel more comfortable with Mum sitting with them as they lie of the sofa in their front room. Or, for health reasons a client may not be able to leave home.

Cord Cutting Healing Session
Is this painful? Absolutely not! This is just a relaxing Reiki Healing session with an addition ritual. The Reiki Healer "cuts" the energy between the client or event, as to assist them to make the transition of moving on or letting go an easier process. This is ideal for people who wish to separate themselves from a relati0nship that is over, a family member or colleague at work who can have a negative impact on you, or an event that you feel has left a shadow over your daily life.

Animal Reiki Healing Session
Clients have been very happy to have Reiki performed on their furry loved ones! It is a wonderful way to gently reduce the anxiety they maybe carrying. Occasionally, during a session messages can be passed between the animal's subconscious (Higher Self) to the Reiki Healer. These messages when passed on, can help the client to understand their animal's situation better. Also, it can work the other way around, where the Reiki Healer can give reassurance to the animal, for example a racehorse may believe he is not good enough to be a winner, or a dog or cat that is worried about being left at home, or a horse still harbouring worries from past events or trauma. HEALING & EMPOWERMENT has the facilities for your animals to be brought to us, for either 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions. Distance Healing can also be used for an Animal Reiki Session.
